We cannot say thank you enough to our community for their phenomenal support!
So many community members have stepped up to help us meet the challenges of COVID-19. For this, we are grateful beyond words, and we appreciate all of the donations (masks, ear guards, face shields, etc.) that have truly made a difference in preventing and responding to this pandemic.
Donations can be dropped off at our main entrance, where you will be met by a greeter outside. Please contact our volunteer services coordinator, Kim Malm with any questions at or visit gritman.org/coronavirus for the latest information and updates.
CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.
Two of our amazing emergency nurses, Ben, emergency clinical coordinator, and Nicole, emergency director, took a minute from their busy days to serve as fashion models with two of the collegiate-themed masks made by generous community members and organizations.
Some community members have been making mask filters from new furnace filters* to add another layer of protection for our staff. These require a different mask pattern so the filter can be slid into the mask.
