COVID-19 UPDATE to All of our MFM Patients 3/19/2020

To protect our patients and staff, as well as reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we are asking all patients with mild respiratory symptoms whose illness does not require immediate medical attention to stay home and self-isolate.

If you are not sure if you should be seen, please CALL the clinic to find out at 208-882-2011.

If you have respiratory symptoms that are urgent, we are redirecting patients seen in our clinics as follows:

  1. Patients with fever OR cough OR respiratory symptoms including runny nose, sore throat, and congestion will be seen on a Walk-in basis at our Quickcare location. They will be screened at the door and given a mask.
  2. Patients presenting to Quickcare who DO NOT have these infectious symptoms will be directed to the West Side Location and seen by a different Quickcare Provider.

To best streamline the walk-in process at Quickcare and decrease wait times please reserve your spot online the day of your visit at:

Quickcare Reserve Your Spot In Line

Our Downtown Clinic and West Side Clinic Primary Care Providers will continue to see patients who do not have the infectious symptoms above and have urgent needs, as well as certain necessary checkups that cannot wait for several weeks to months.  We will be actively contacting patients to reschedule visits that can wait, but if you have a scheduled appointment that can wait, please call us to reschedule to assist the process.

If you have a regularly scheduled appointment at one of our clinics and have fever, cough, URI symptoms such as sore throat, runny nose, congestion, OR suspect you could have COVID-19, please call our clinic to reschedule your appointment at 208-882-2011.

We DO NOT have the ability to test for COVID-19 at our clinics currently. Gritman Medical Center has a limited number of tests available and will test if public health recommends testing per their guidelines.

Please limit non-patient visitors to parents or caregivers only.  Non-caregiver visitors will be required to wait in their car.

We will continue to update you as more information becomes available.

If you need immediate medical attention please call 911 or go to Gritman Medical Center Emergency Department.

Thank you,
