The importance of working with your doctor to stay on top of your health during the COVID-19 emergency

It has become a common question: Can I still see a doctor at Gritman and Moscow Family Medicine?

The answer is absolutely. While COVID-19 has upended all of our lives, one thing has not and will not change – we are open and ready to care for you.

The doctors, nurses and staff at Gritman Medical Center, our rural and specialty clinics and Moscow Family Medicine are ready to serve you and provide you the same great services and compassionate care we always have. And it’s just as important as always – perhaps even more – to manage your medications, chronic health conditions and concerns. Don’t let COVID-19 keep you from getting the care you need.

All of our clinics – including our MFM Downtown and Westside primary care and QuickCARE locations; Internal Medicine; our locations in Kendrick, Potlatch and Troy – are open and scheduling both in-person and telemedicine visits.

Telemedicine allows you to visit with your provider conveniently through your mobile device, tablet or computer. We can provide exceptional care and services while you follow stay-at-home orders and social distancing guidelines. The visits are easy (no downloads required), convenient, safe and secure. Wait times are minimal, with many patients being seen the same day, so no more waiting a long time to see your doctor.

But If you need or prefer to see your provider in person, we are happy to see you. Visiting our clinics and hospital is very safe.

Your health and safety have always been our No. 1 priority, and that continues today. The COVID-19 emergency has led to many additional measures being put in place to help protect you and our staff, including limiting visitors; requiring staff, patients and visitors to wear masks; enhanced cleaning, and implementing new screening procedures. You’ll also notice our waiting rooms have been rearranged to accommodate for social distancing recommendations.
